Our Story

A lady pruning flowers

My name is Gill and I have been growing cottage garden style, bee and butterfly friendly plants in our garden overlooking the sea in Teignmouth for over 20 years.

After receiving lots of positive feedback from the public when opening our garden for the National Garden Scheme for the last few years, I decided to give flower farming a go!  Having successfully sold lots of bunches of homegrown flowers at the garden gate and at a couple of local shops, I have planted more and more annuals and perennials suitable for cutting and love turning these into beautiful, natural looking bouquets.

I make as much of my own compost as space allows and don't use any pesticides or chemicals.  I am glad to be able of offer local people locally grown flowers as an alternative to flowers that have been flown thousands of miles from other countries.
